Ad hoc-betalning för elbilsladdning underlättar övergången till klimatneutralitet

Enligt rapporten “Making the Transition to Zero-Emission Mobility” har sex EU-länder mindre än en laddare per 100 km, där en av sju laddare är en snabbladdare. Det finns inte bara ett otillräckligt antal laddstationer längs vägnäten i de flesta EU-länder, den stora majoriteten av dessa laddar inte heller tillräckligt snabbt, enligt European Automobile Manufacturers’ Association (ACEA). 1
I linje med rapporten antog Europaparlamentet i onsdags, direktivet om utbyggnad av infrastruktur för alternativa bränslen (AFIR), som stöttar införandet av hållbara fordon och manar till utbyggnad av laddnings- och alternativa tankstationer (som el eller vätgas) för bilar, lastbilar, tåg och flyg. De nya reglerna är en del av EU:s “Fit for 55 in 2030 package”2, som syftar till att minska utsläppen av växthusgaser med minst 55 % till 2030 jämfört med 1990 års nivåer.
För att bidra till ett klimatneutralt EU vill Europaparlamentet ha laddstationer var sjätte mil längs vägarna. Alternativa tankstationer ska vara tillgängliga för alla fordonsmärken och det ska vara enkelt att betala när man laddar eller tankar sitt fordon.
